The FOKUS Consultation Office offers its clients complex, highly professional services related to settling the accounts of enterprises.

 

The essence of the co-operation with our office is the individual approach to each client. When we start the conduct of commercial books or tax books of revenues and disbursements, our clients become familiar with persons who shall carry out the direct control over the accounting documentation and make current posts. Owing to the system of verification, we avoid erroneous posting which frequently may constitute a serious problem for the tax payer. Furthermore, owing to that, we have a possibility to become better familiar with the company and its specificity. This is very important to our clients as this gives them a sense of employing their own accountant. Of course without the necessity to give holiday entitlement and to pay a high remuneration.
For hardworking people who have no time to deliver the documents to the seat of the accounting office, we have prepared a special offer. For an additional small fee, our employees collect the documents from the seat of the client. This is particularly useful for those who conduct their own business as a single person and are not able to leave their business.

 

The scope of services offered by us covers:

 

• the conduct of full accounting, tax books of revenues and disbursements, lump some tax settlements,
• economic-financial analyses,
• drawing up business plans both for loan purposes and for the financial evaluation of enterprise incomes,
• drawing up balance sheets and their evaluation,

• representing tax payers before Inland Revenue Offices and National Security Company,
• settlements with National Security Company.

 

For foreign clients and those from outside the region, we have prepared a special package of services covering, among others:

 

• assistance in drawing up company articles (we co-operate with the most renowned legal and notarial offices in the region),
• assistance in finding the seat or place for carrying out business (we offer the offices, premises, shops, warehouses, production halls, commercial plots of land),
• the company registration in the Court Registry, National Security Company and Inland Revenue Office,
• conduct of full-accounting and tax documentation, drawing up of any declarations.

 

 

Additionally, for people who open business, we register companies in Municipalities, National Court Register, National Security Company and Inland Revenue Office.
We assist our clients in taking up good fiscal decisions.
